The management was always so welcoming and courteous when i went by the office. The maintenance staff is friendly and always fixed my work orders in a timely manner. I would highly reccommend this property to any new residents moving in. These beautiful apartment in the center of everything . Very Close to Freeways public transportation, & all the groceries store name it.

Apartment for the small family
There are also five parks within 4.8 miles, including Central Park , Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area, and Niles Canyon Railway. After having lived here for 2 years, I recently moved my family out. The very small size and age of the apartments and old decrepit kitchen appliances/bathroomfixtures didn't warrant the big increases in the rent rate. The water got shut off a lot during our stay there due to the plumbing I heard, but the staff was always courteous and prompt with maintenance issues.
